According to the official MRCP website, the booking window for the MRCP Part 1 May 2025 examination will open on March 3, 2025, and will close seven days later on March 10, 2025.

  • Booking window closes on: 10th March 2025
  • Reasonable adjustment deadline: 17 March 2025
  • Exam date: May 14, 2025
  • Results released by: 13 June 2025

Ensure that applications are submitted within the specified deadline. The reasonable adjustment deadline is for those requiring additional time due to valid reasons. The application fees are £489 for UK candidates and £655 for international candidates.

MRCP Part 1 May 2025: How to apply

  1. Log into your My MRCP(UK) account.
  2. Check that all your personal details are up to date. It is important to have a valid correspondence address while completing your application.
  3. Fill in details regarding whether you are training in the UK or not.
  4. Select your exam centre.
  5. Complete any special arrangements if applicable.
  6. Pay the exam fee.
  7. Submit your application. After submission, you will receive an RCP code.
  8. Provide evidence of your primary medical qualification by sending it to PMQ@thefederation.uk along with your RCP code.
