Dr Johns T Johnson is Assistant Professor of Medicine in the department of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at Christian Medical College, Vellore. He is a clinician-educator. His main clinical interests are the management of diabetes mellitus, lipid and adrenal disorders and general endocrinology.
Dr Johns earned his MBBS from St John’s Medical College, Bangalore. He went on to complete his MD in Internal Medicine from Christian Medical College, Vellore. Dr Johns also has a DNB in Internal Medicine and DM in Endocrinology to his name. He is also a proud member of the prestigious Royal College of Physicians, Glasgow and the Royal College of Physicians, London.
Dr Johns is an esteemed member of many renowned organizations and has won many honours and awards throughout his academic life. He is actively involved in academic teaching activities and is a co-investigator in many ongoing clinical trials.
