The Royal College of Physicians of the UK has officially released the results for the MRCP Part 1 exam, which was conducted in September 2025. The exam, which was held on 17 September 2025, brought another proud moment for StudyMRCP, as our students have delivered a stupendous performance in the exam.

How to check MRCP Part 1 results?
Candidates can check and download their MRCP Part 1 results by logging into their ‘My MRCP (UK)’ accounts. Please note that the RCP no longer issues hard copies of result letters.
About MRCP Part 1
The MRCP Part 1 is the first hurdle you need to overcome in order to own the coveted ‘MRCP’ title. It tests your knowledge across a wide range of topics to check if a candidate has the right level of knowledge expected at the start of postgraduate training. The exam can be taken by doctors who have at least 12 months of postgraduate medical experience. There will be two papers, and they can be taken on the same day.

Number of questions: 100 MCQs per paper
Exam duration: Three hours per paper
